1) Do you offer a catalog?
The SugarBowlShop.com continually strives to offer the newest and largest
selection of Bowl merchandise available anywhere. We no longer offer
a printed catalog but instead encourage our fans to visit the site and
stores often.

2) Do you accept orders by phone?
To insure the most timely and accurate delivery all orders must be placed
online through our secure servers. If you are in need of Product Selection

3) Where can I get additional information concerning
the Sugar Bowl?
All requests concerning Sugar Bowl tickets, Bowl questions, etc. should

4) Why didn't I get an Order Confirmation Or Tracking
Number sent?
Immediately upon ordering you will be sent an e-mail of an Order Confirmation
that we encourage you to review. Similarly when your order leaves our
Fulfillment Center you will generally be emailed a Completion Notice and
the UPS Tracking Numbers for your shipment. If you are not receiving these
correspondences it is generally due to an incorrect e-mail address for
your account or your E-mail Provider or E-mail Client has outside mail
blocked via a Spam Blocking software package. If you are not receiving
e-mail please contact us with your Order ID.
Also if you or you E-mail Provider are using Spam Block software please
make sure the domain sugarbowlshop.com is excluded from filtering.

5) Why doesn't my Tracking Number doesn't work on the
UPS Website?
Tracking Numbers are generated and emailed at our Fulfillment Center at
the time your package is prepared for shipping. UPS often times requires
additional time to get this information available to you online. The Tracking
Numbers are generally available within 12-24 hours after the Notification
E-mail is sent.

7) I've made a mistake how do I cancel my order?
To Cancel an order submit the request through the Contact Form located

Please include the Order Number and reason for the Cancellation. Note
that the request must be received prior to the order being shipped.

8) How do I add or subtract an item from an order after
it's been placed?

9) Do you accept International Orders?
International Orders are always welcome however certain restrictions may
apply. Due to inconsistencies within some International Financial Institutions
we cannot always verify a card holders address. In these instances you
will be asked to submit the funds via Bank Transfer rather than the usual
credit card method. Please note that we are not responsible for any
Taxes, Tariffs, or other charges that may be levied on International Orders.

10) What forms of payment do you accept?
The Sugar Bowl Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover And American Express. You can enter
your credit card number via our secure server with the assurance that
all information is secure and safe.

11) How long will it take before I receive
my order?
Every effort is made to process orders as expediently as possible and
most orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. Customers
will be notified if processing exceeds 48 hours for selected UPS Air Shipments
and 72 hours for selected UPS Ground Shipments. Note that this applies
to weekday orders only. There is no processing done on Saturday, Sunday,
or holidays. Further delays can sometimes be attributed
to UPS shipping schedules. Please note that we cannot be responsible for
UPS failing to ship within the confines of its promised delivery time.

12) What is your Product Return Policy?
Special Event products such as Sugar Bowl merchandise cannot be returned
for refund. If the product is damaged or the size is incorrect an exchange
will be made. Further the products must be returned in new, unworn condition
with all original product tags intact.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or
defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sugarbowlshop.com.
We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, please refuse delivery of
the order and contact us immediately at customerservice@sugarbowlshop.com.
Please include your order number when you contact our Support Specialists.
Return Exceptions: Returns or Exchanges cannot be granted
on any Special Order Products, Authentic Merchandise, Customized Products, or Sale Items.
Product Warranties: We guarantees the product to be delivered
in satisfactory condition after which any issues concerning quality, wear,
or defective workmanship are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

13) How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on the current UPS
charges for the weight, method, and destination of your order. Shipping
methods and costs are clearly shown at the point of checkout for your
selection.

14) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We absolutely cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or other such unattended
drop points. All orders with PO Box destinations will be refused.

15) Do you ship to APO or FPO Boxes?
It is with great regret that we cannot at this time ship to APO or
FPO Box destinations. There are no available shipping options for these
destinations that will allow us to track the delivery of your order. Consequently
we have no means of insuring your products will arrive safely and on time.

16) Will I get a Tracking Number when
the order is sent?
UPS Tracking Numbers are generally sent when the order is fully processed
and marked as completed. Please note that these Tracking Numbers are not always active on the UPS site
for 12-24 hours after we make them available and do not apply to Special
Order products.

UPS Worldwide shipping options are available on applicable orders
at the time of Checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for
